This is Ray Punzalan; I believe that there are four ingredients to be successful:
- Vision, there has to be goals that need to be attained daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Focus, you must not let any distractions pull you “off course” from attaining each goal you set
- Tenacity, in all endeavors there are “high” and “lows,” during the low times you must stay your course
- Faith, there must be an inner strength to help you achieve your goals
